Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required for all chemical services: $20 for color services, $50 for partial foils, and $70 for full foils. All deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation message one week prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you confirm to secure your booking. If you have not yet confirmed, you will receive a follow-up message 72 hours before, along with a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled chemical service total.
For cancellations made within 24 hours or same day no-shows, a fee of 100% of the scheduled chemical service total will be charged.
To respect our stylists’ time and continue providing the best experience for our clients, we require a valid card on file to secure all appointments at the time of booking.
